For Caramel-Espresso Syrup: COMBINE the caramel topping and espresso.

SCOOP ice cream into chilled glass. Pour chilled coffee over ice cream, top with whipped cream and drizzle with Caramel-Espresso Syrup. Serve with straw and long-handled spoon.
