Iced Caffè Caraibo
- 3 to 4 tablespoons coconut syrup*
- 7 oz. brewed Medaglia d'Oro® Italian Roast Espresso Coffee chilled
- Ice cubes
- whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon toasted coconut**
- Step 1
POUR syrup and chilled coffee into a tall 16-ounce glass. Stir. Fill with ice.

* A variety of flavored syrups that enhance coffee drinks are available in supermarket coffee aisles, specialty coffee houses, gourmet food stores and online.
- Step 3
TOP with whipped cream. Garnish with toasted coconut. Serve immediately.

**To toast coconut: Spread 1 tablespoon sweetened coconut on small microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH, tossing with fork every 15 seconds, until golden brown. Remove coconut from plate immediately to prevent over browning.
